Japan Outbound Manager (Bangkok) จำนวน 1 ตำแหน่ง

The position will direct report to HCM in Japan and HCM in Thailand, no direct reports

To capture Japanese clients mainly in the SME sector and large Japanese corporations by establishing a systematic mechanism to approach Japanese companies.

·         Received and follow-up on new client leads from counterpart in Tokyo

·         Confirms on fit and BU’s interest to pursue lead

·         Organizes presentations (and trips) for client meetings

·         Identify client’s expectations and needs

·         Drive potential service offering for client

Qualification:

·         Japanese nationality

·         Bachelor Degree or  Master Degree in any related fields

·         Retired Japanese national who has worked in Thailand would be advantageous

·         Having Sales background in complex organizations environment is a must

·         Having experience in market research and analysis would be advantageous

·         Bilingual in Japanese and English, computer literacy

·         Ability to identify business opportunities and transform the information into action plans

·         Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

·         Self-starter, outgoing personality, flexible and inquisitive, entrepreneurial

·         Ability to connect effectively with senior level executives

·         Ability to travel considerably within Thailand and to other Asian countries including Japan
