หน้าที่หลัก
1. To create application engineering proposals and customized solutions according to customer requirements.
2. To develop and Optimized Bonding parameter at customers and SKW Factory
3.  To work closely with the Service Engineering to support the  development of value added solutions.
4.  To participate in the execution of Root Cause Analysis of the customers application and contribute to technical issue resolution.
5.  To help and support machine Assembly process at SKW Production.
คุณสมบัติ

1.         Male / Thai nationality age 28 – 32 years old

2.         Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Electronics Engineering.

3.         Degree  5-7 years experience in Wire Bonding process.

4.         Be able to travel and work in upcountry and Oversea and own transportation (some time must visit customer plan)

5.         Familiar with Wire Bonder machine,operation,trouble shooting, bonding parameter optimization, and having knowledge of Cu wire bonding method.
