Tasks (Description of main tasks)
· Lead and supervise the realization of different types of projects in order to ensure successful delivery of the Business Strategy Roadmap
· Clearly define project objectives and get approval from project steering committee
· Set up project team and acquire necessary resource, cascade project objectives into sub-project
· Execute a rigorous performance monitoring process to track status of projects and ensure relevant corrective actions are defined and completed
· Intervene, verify potential constraints in case project deliveries are at risk and lead implementation of mitigating actions
· Transfer knowledge and experience, provide to and organize relevant trainings for Project Team
· Present project portfolio to senior internal and external stakeholders
· Define key users in relevant department to integrate market information
· Analyze market trend in order to provide accurate long term forecast to ensure the delivery in a timely manner
· Able to sell qualitatively as well as quantitatively and a consistent ability to close sales with strong negotiation skills
· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction within assigned territory
· Provide feedback to the team regarding customer requirement
· Developing partner strategies and relationship plans within assigned territory
· Maintain up-to-date opportunity information in the system
Qualifications
· Bachelor degree in Mechanical & Industrial engineering with at least 5 years of sales experience preferably in project management as well as minimum 3 years experience in sales, marketing and the Motorcycle or Automotive industry is preferred
· Strong presentation & Communication skill and presence
· Strong interest in sales, project management, customer-oriented mindset with proven
· Excellent verbal, written and persuasive communication skills in English (Japanese is an advantage)
· Strong experience in bearing business is an advantage
· Strong analytical skill, negotiation skill, hard working and high responsibility
· Independently to self - manage and solve problems in an effective manner with the team
· Highly self-motivated with a winning attitude
· Able to work under high pressure and can-do attitude
