- Main responsibility is to providing technical support to user. Provide user documentation
on the use of computerized systems. Ensure the smooth operation of the hardware and
software applications, notify the supervisor if the problem occurs.
- Assisting users by answering and/or obtaining answers to technical questions. Providing
telephone and other communication device evaluations, implementations, maintenance.
- Assisting in setup, configuration, and support of PABX (AVAYA, Call Center).

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT or related filed
- 1 - 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, and software/hardware
configuration.
- Experience in solve/identify PC, Notebook problem, installing OS (Windows) both
desktop and server.
- Basic knowledge and experience in PABX (AVAYA) and Call Center
- Good knowledge in supporting users on Microsoft Office, and related applications.
- Knowledge in Windows 2008 Server, Storage device, and able to analyze network -
problems.
- Communicate issues to supervisor in a timely manner.
- Occasionally travel up-country.
- Have positive attitude, good relationship and service-minded.
- Willing to learn new technology
- Ability to work well with others, as well as independently. Attention to detail.
