As a technical specialist, serves the executive in the application of Total Quality Management concepts, principles, and processes for an assigned of responsibility.
Act as TQMs direction control the business unit leader to perform their role to be consistent with TQM approach
Maintain effective role of leader, coach and advisor to business unit to optimize the use of resource and go through productivity improvement.
Be able to identify and implement new approaches to TQM characteristics
Contribute new techniques and practices which are regarded as major improvement in the quality management.
Can apply intensive knowledge and experience in TQM, Six sigma, productivity improvement and cost reduction to your coaching methodology

Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or Science
5-10 years experience of expertise field in TQM, Six-sigma, TQM Consulting, Productivity Improvement and Cost reduction
Be systematic and strategic thinking
Proactive and result oriented
Use analytical thinking skills to solve problems
Personal credibility of effective written and oral communication skills
Ability to promote continuous improvement in relation to best-in-class standards
