·        Maintain and develop good rapports with our existing Japanese customers to increase our sales volume

·        Gaining and increasing sales revenue to meet company sales target

·        Providing excellence service with pro-active solutions for all key customers

·        Native Japanese speaker

·        Experience in selling building materials to Japanese construction company

·        Possess good attitude and pleasant personality

·        Strong customer service orientation, persuasiveness, sales orientation and problem solving

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·        Possess strong leadership, negotiation and selling skills

·        Good command of Thai and English
