Bachelors Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, plus MBA would be an advantage
Minimum 10 years of experience in food production or related field
Have experience in Quality Management and Productivity Improvement
Experience in agriculture industry would be an advantage
Good command in English and MS Office program
Possesses strong leadership and interpersonal skills
