1. Search and support Solar analysis in the targeted projects 2. Support the annual plan implementation 3. Support or facilitate the Due diligence: Technical, Commercial, legal, HR, Tax & Finance until Transaction closing 4. Support in Project Development • Collect, check, and Verify permits and licenses • Facilitate the processes of the selection of EPC, construction, and COD 5. Facilitate the processes of managing O&M of the targeted operating assets
คุณสมบัติ
• Engineering background • At least 1-2 years in project development • At least 1-2 years. with EPC and O&M • Direct / indirect experience ,at least 1-2 yr. in investment or Business Development i.e. Due Diligence • Good command in English and Japanese (both speaking and writing)
