• Setting up Project related policies, key procedures, tools, DOA and Organization structure at Corporate level • Support selected countries (as assigned) in setting up new or adjusting existing Project Management tools, DOA and Organization structure to be aligned with Corporate policies and procedure • Ensure visibility of Program to senior managements adequate for decision making • Review Countries projects to be aligned with Corporate Strategic plan and prioritize them to align with company short term/medium term targets • Assure that all major projects comply with set policy/process • Share knowledge in Project Management according to best practice • Support economic analysis from conceptual study, pre-FS, FS and implementation phases of all major projects in assigned countries
คุณสมบัติ
•At least 20 - 25 years of working experience in Project Finance, Financial Modelling, or Project Management •Bachelor degree or higher in Project/Program Management, Economic, Business Administration, Engineering Management or any equivalent •Experience in project environment. •Experience in international companies with large scale Program/Project Management with of certified Project Management. •Experience in mining industry environment would be an advantage.- English proficiency •Good understanding / ability to analyze and adjust Financial Model, Project Scheduling proficiently •Computer literacy especially project related software i.e. MS Project, Primavera, etc. •Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, negotiation an leadership skills. •Ability to understand complex contractual issues and project agreements especially relate to mining Certified PMP
