個人データ処理の目的

สมาคมทำการเก็บรวบรวมใช้ เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน เพื่อการดำเนินการต่าง ๆ ตามขั้นตอนรับคำแนะนำและติชมจากท่านเท่านั้น เช่น การพิจารณาคำแนะนำและติชม การส่งข้อมูลให้เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เกี่ยวข้องในสมาคมเพื่อการบริหารจัดการ เป็นต้น สมาคมอาจติดต่อท่านเพื่อขอรับข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมหรือเพื่อแจ้งให้ท่านทราบถึงความคืบหน้าในการปรับปรุงตามคำแนะนำหรือติชมจากท่าน เป็นต้น การประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์นี้สมาคมสามารถทำได้โดยไม่ต้องอาศัยความยินยอมจากท่านตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด

The Technology Promotion Association (Thailand-Japan) or TPA collects, discloses and processes your personal information in response to your suggestions, comments or feedback regarding our products & services. For instance, we scrutinize and forward your suggestions, comments or feedback to our concerned departments for clarifying the factual information. We might be contacting you in order to ask for more information and update you on the progress of our investigation to improve our TPA services. Our internal processes can be conducted without your prior consent as required by law.
