SERVICE PROCEDURE

1 Download a translation or interpretation Assessment form at www.tpa.or.th/slc/tic and send your document for translation or details of interpretation
including map via e-mail.
2 After receiving our confirmation of service, please make a payment.
3 After receiving the payment, the Translation and Interpretation Center will run the process and submit the complete work by the deadline.

TRANSLATION PROCEDURE

  1. Please send the documents that need to be translated and the enclosed translation Assessment Form to the Translation and Interpretation Center, Language School Department, or e-mail : tpatranslate@tpa.or.th
  2. The Translation and Interpretation Center will estimate the fee based on the number of words and the difficulty of the document.
    The date of completion will be included in the translation quotation. ** The Translation and Interpretation Center will not provide any artwork**
  3. Customers will be required to confirm the translation within 7 days from the date of the quotation. (If The Translation and Interpretation Center
    does not receive a confirmation within 7 days, we will reserve the right to cancel and will immediately delete the documents)
  4. Please confirm the translation by signing the quotation and specifying the date and the choice of payment with the full sum of translation fee.
    (TPA is exempted from withholding income tax 3 % and the rate of the fee already includes Vat 7 %)
  5. After the Translation and Interpretation Center receives the payment for the translation, the process will begin.
    *** The estimated period of completion (the date of quotation) will be counted after the payment has been done.
  6. In case that the customer has to cancel after the payment has been made, the customer will be liable to be charged with a cancellation fee
    which will be 50 % of the quotation.
  7. The Translation and Interpretation Center will take responsibility to complete the documents within 7 days.

INTERPRETATION PROCEDURE

  1. Please send the information, details and the map of the exact location and the enclosed Interpretation Assessment Form to the Translation and Interpretation Center, Language School Department or e-mail : tpatranslate@tpa.or.th
  2. The Translation and Interpretation Center will estimate the fee and additional charges such as transportation, food, accommodation and
    overtime accordingly.
  3. The customer will be able to confirm the interpretation job after the Translation and Interpretation Center find an interpreter that suits their needs.
  4. Customers will be able to confirm the interpretation job by signing the quotation and making the payment of the full sum of interpretation fee.
    (TPA is exempted from withholding income tax 3 % and the rate of the fee already includes Vat 7 %)
  5. After the Translation and Interpretation Center received the full payment, we will submit the job description to the interpreter with the date,
    time appointment location that will be confirmed directly with the customer.
  6. In case that the customer has to cancel after the payment has been made, the customer will be liable to be charged with a cancellation fee
    which will be 50 % of the quotation. If the customer does not follow the conditions of the job agreed upon in the Interpretation Assessment Form,
    TPA will immediately cancel the job and the customer will be liable to be charged with a cancellation fee, which will be 50 % of the quotation.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

  1. Payment by cash directly at TPA or check.
    Please write "Technology Promotion Association (Thailand-Japan)" in the check address.
  2. Bank transfer ... Please select from Bangkok Bank or Siam Commercial Bank (SCB).

    After completing the transfer, please send pay-in slip of the transfer form to the address below by E-mail.
    At that time, please inform us of the receipt address (your name or company name), address and Tax ID
    by e-mail : tpatranslate@tpa.or.th

    We will issue a receipt within 3-7 days after confirming the transfer. Receipts can be sent by mail or collected directly at TPA.
