โดยหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมนี้จะชี้ให้เห็นถึงภาพรวมของความท้าทายในการผลิตปัจจุบัน อธิบายแนวคิดพื้นฐานของ GX และ DX และเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญเชิงกลยุทธ์ ผู้เข้าอบรมจะได้รับความรู้เชิงปฏิบัติผ่านกรณีศึกษาในโลกแห่งความเป็นจริงและการฝึกปฏิบัติจริงเพื่อสนับสนุนการนำกลยุทธ์ไปใช้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพภายในองค์กรของตนเอง เหมาะสำหรับผู้บริหารและผู้จัดการที่กำลังมองหากลยุทธ์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสำหรับการจัดการกระบวนการผลิตในอนาคต

เป็นระบบที่เชื่อมต่อโลกทางกายภาพ (เครื่องจักร, เซ็นเซอร์, อุปกรณ์) กับโลกไซเบอร์ (ซอฟต์แวร์, ข้อมูล, ระบบเครือข่าย) อย่างแน่นหนา โดยจะรวบรวมข้อมูลแบบเรียลไทม์จากการดำเนินงานทางกายภาพ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล แล้วส่งคำสั่งกลับไปยังระบบทางกายภาพเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพ ระบบความปลอดภัย และกระบวนการตัดสินใจ

วัตถุประสงค์

เพื่อสร้างทัศนคติที่จำเป็นสำหรับการส่งเสริม Green Transformation: GX และ Digital Transformation: DX ในการจัดการการผลิต
เรียนรู้เทคนิคการจัดการ Digital Transformation: DX ที่เป็นรูปธรรมซึ่งมีส่วนช่วยในการบรรลุ Green Transformation: GX ผ่านการฝึกปฏิบัติจริง

หลังสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทจากมหาวิทยาลัยโอซาก้า ได้เข้าร่วมงานกับ บริษัท Komatsu Ltd. โดยทำงานในห้องปฏิบัติการวิจัยวิศวกรรมการผลิต ต่อมา ในปี 1993 ได้ก่อตั้งบริษัท Lexer Research Inc. ซึ่งพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีที่เป็น กรรมสิทธิของตนเองโดยใช้เทคโนโลยี VR การจดจำภาพ และการซิมูเลชั่น ผลิตภัณฑ์บุกเบิก และประสบความสำเร็จอย่างมากในภาคการผลิต
นอกจากนี้ยังได้รับรางวัลรัฐมนตรี METI ในงานประกาศรางวัล Monodzukuri Nippon Grand Awards ครั้งที่ 4

Green Transformation Business Strategy by Digital Transformation for Thailand - with CPS

Today's manufacturing management increasingly requires environmentally responsible processes. However, environmental initiatives often entail higher costs, causing many executives to hesitate. Improving productivity through business innovation-such as reducing lead time, inventory, and losses-not only enhances management efficiency but also contributes to resolving environmental burdens. To balance environmental responsibility and economic performance, companies must advance both Green Transformation (GX) and Digital Transformation (DX) in parallel.

This training program provides an overview of current challenges in manufacturing, explains the fundamental concepts of GX and DX, and highlights their strategic importance. Participants will also gain practical knowledge through real-world cases and hands-on exercises to support effective implementation within their own organizations. Executives and managers seeking effective strategies for future manufacturing management are encouraged to join.

CPS (Cyber Physical System)

Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS)

System that tightly connects the physical world (machines, sensors, equipment) with the cyber world (software, data, networks). It collects real-time data from physical operations, analyzes it using digital technologies, and then sends instructions back to the physical system to improve efficiency, safety, and decision-making.

Objective

Establish the necessary mindset for promoting GX and DX in manufacturing management.
Acquire practical DX management methods that contribute to achieving GX through hands-on exercises.

After completing his graduate studies at Osaka University, he joined Komatsu Ltd., where he worked at the Production Engineering Research Laboratory. He later founded Lexer Research Inc. in 1993, developing proprietary technologies based on VR, recognition, and simulation. His pioneering products have achieved significant results in the manufacturing sector. He is a recipient of the METI Minister's Prize at the 4th Monodzukuri Nippon Grand Awards.

In addition to Mr. Nakamura, the program will feature an executive lecture by Mr. Puvasith Wongcharoensin (CEO, CPL Group Public Co. Ltd.) on case studies related to the integration of GX and DX, as well as sessions delivered by 4 additional Thai lecturers.

Language : The seminar will be conducted in Japanese with Thai interpretation.

In the case of applications from other than Japanese-affiliated companies or local companies that hold local capital, the priority for selection becomes lower.
This training is mainly aimed at the people working in the companies/organizations in the private sector, so those who belong to national or local government agencies are not eligible to participate.
