Application documents
- Application Form (to fill out, click Apply online via Google form or you may fill out a form at the school office)
- A photo that is 3x4 cm (photo service is available at the school office)
- A copy of ID card / passport
- Current address, mobile phone number, and e-mail are required for the application.
*Your personal information will be classified and used only for internal management purpose.
- To issue a receipt for a company please provide the company’s address and TAX ID.
Note;
- Please submit your application 1 week before the course’s starting date or before the course’s quota is full.
- We accept cash, transfer via banks, or credit card excluding American Express and JCB.
- Please keep your receipt until the starting date of the course.

B.1 Take a level test.

Apply for the level test at SLC with 100-baht test fee. The following dates and times for the test are below.

| Japanese language (1.45 hours): | 10.00 – 11.45 AM |
| Thai language (1.30 hours): | 10.00 – 11.30 PM |

- Passport ID, current address, mobile phone number, and e-mail are required for the application.

B.2 Apply for the course according to the level test result.
*The result will be announced via e-mail within 3 days.
